Refund policy
Spellbound Stories Bookstore Pty Ltd will only accept a customer return on product(s) within 7 days of purchase due to a change of mind. The product/s must be in original condition to be eligible for a return and must be in the same condition that it was sold in (i.e. not read or damaged in any way).
Refunds are not available for book-related merchandise, including but not limited to mugs, stickers, kindle grips, notebooks, journals, tote bags, candles and so on.
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personalised/custom items, and sale/clearance items.
If your product does not meet any of the above conditions, however you would still like to return the product, please contact us directly via info@spellboundstoriesbookstore.com.au and the friendly staff can assist you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing our books and merchandise. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@spellboundstoriesbookstore.com.au.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the matter promptly.
Where a product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges if the terms of this policy are not met.
