Welcome to Spellbound Stories Bookstore Pty Ltd, where magical reads take flight from our shelves to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know about how your bookish treasures make their way to you:

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Note: During new releases or sale events, things can get a little hectic in our stockroom - please allow a little bit of extra time for us to fulfil your order.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and other reliable courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this stage. We're a small team growing steadily, and we hope to bring our magical reads to readers beyond Australia in the future. 

 

Preorders & Special Editions

Preordered books or specially imported editions may have longer dispatch times, as noted on individual product listings. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship the order in its entirety once everything is ready.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you. If you haven’t received it or have any questions, please reach out to us.


Lost or Delayed Orders

While we do our very best to ensure smooth deliveries, sometimes there are mishaps. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@spellboundstoriesbookstore.com.au, and we’ll help investigate.
